How to get there:
Take 72 west past Tuscumbia and follow
the signs, it's about 6 miles from 72.
What to expect:
No restrooms, there is a picnic pavillion and a natural spring, and of course
lots of dog graves.
Some are sweet and funny-a tribute to a loved animal-and others you can tell the dog's death was a major loss to the family. There are headstones made of wood and painted by hand, some are actual engraved stones, and everything in between. All are marked with flowers.
